1. Definitions

- “You”, “Client”, or “Customer”: Any individual, company, or entity using our website or placing an order with us.
- “Products”: Custom jewelry boxes and related packaging products supplied by us.
- “Services”: Design consultation, prototyping, custom production, and delivery.
2. Orders and Custom Projects
- All products are made-to-order based on customer specifications.
- Orders must be confirmed in writing via email or signed quotation.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate design files, branding assets, measurements, and other specifications.
- Once production begins, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date issued.
- Full payment or a deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to initiate production.
- Final balance must be paid before shipment unless credit terms are arranged in advance.
- Accepted payment methods include T/T bank transfer, PayPal (for small orders), or other approved channels.
- All bank fees, currency conversion charges, and taxes are borne by the client.
4. Sample Policy
- Sample charges apply unless stated otherwise in your quote.
- Sample fees are usually refundable upon bulk order confirmation.
- Turnaround for samples is typically 7–10 working days.
- Sample shipping costs are paid by the client.
5. Production and Delivery
- Standard lead time is 15–30 working days after final sample or artwork approval.
- Delivery time depends on shipping method and destination.
- Shipping is arranged by us or upon customer request, using reliable couriers or freight companies.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping providers, natural disasters, or force majeure.
- Risk of loss transfers to the client upon shipment.
6. Product Quality and Tolerance
- Our production follows strict QC standards, but minor variations in color, size, or print positioning (±5%) are considered acceptable in custom manufacturing.
- If a defect is found, notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods, with clear evidence (photos/videos).
- We will assess and may offer a partial refund, reproduction, or other solution depending on the case.
7. Intellectual Property
- All logos, artwork, and designs submitted by the client remain the property of the client.
- We reserve the right to use photographs of finished products (excluding confidential designs) for portfolio or promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing.
- All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without our permission.
8. Confidentiality
- Any client designs, materials, or specifications shared with us will be treated as confidential.
- We do not share client information or project files with third parties except as required for production or shipping.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Jewelry Box Supplier Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
- We do not accept liability for losses caused by incorrect use, storage, or misuse of our products.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or shipping disruptions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guangxi, China.
- We encourage all clients to attempt an amicable resolution prior to legal action.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
