Will I get updates during production?
Yes, we will update you with photos and videos during key production steps.
Do you offer price breaks for large orders?
Yes, we offer volume-based pricing. The more you order, the lower the unit cost.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Sampling is available and usually takes 5–10 working days.
Is the sample free?
For standard styles, samples may be free. For custom designs, a sampling fee will apply.
How long is production time?
Normal production time is 20–30 days after sample approval and deposit.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship by express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, and sea freight depending on your quantity and deadline.
Can I use my own shipping agent?

Do you require a deposit?
